Our core
Mission & Vision
What the club is here to do, and where it intends to go.
Mission
What we do
- Establish the Hekari Academy to capture the next generation of football stars
- Integrate international and local players to lift the standard of football
- Foster good behaviour and values that produce positive community outcomes
- Use the power of sport to change lives and build relationships between communities
Vision
Where we’re going
- Be a leading football club in Papua New Guinea
- Develop and upskill players by integrating international and local talent
- Improve the overall level of football in the country
- Make a comeback after time out of sanctioned tournaments
Values
Discipline, professionalism, and a club the country can claim
The club does not publish a formal list of values. What it does say, consistently, is this: build young players through the academy, expect good behaviour on and off the field, and use football to make communities better than it found them.
